WHAT THE PARTICIPANTS SAY...
"We have created a more autonomous organization, where employees know their roles and development opportunities. Everything no longer has to go through me. I dare to let go of control over details and get more time for development work and meeting customers. Ulla's energy and ability to push on have strongly contributed to our successful implementation of the changes."
ABOUT US
Internova & Co was launched in 2000, during which time Ulla has helped organisations, managers and employees across a wide range of industries. Prior to the Internova, Ulla worked in the IT industry for 10 years, of which five years were as a regional manager for IT training company. It was here that Ulla realised the correlation between leadership style and employee performance and the company’s success. By adopting transformative leadership style, she improved the company’s results (increased the turnover by 40%) and employee satisfaction, whilst significantly reducing her own overtime by 30%. She also opened a new branch and was named as the best manager in the company.
Ulla’s own experience in management cemented her interest in leadership techniques and fostered a desire to help other managers (and employees) reach their optimum performance.
